SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN
We are hiring a part-time Social Media Intern (10–15 hrs/week, hybrid, $18–$20/hr) to own our day-to-day presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You'll edit short-form video, design on-brand graphics in Canva, write copy that sounds like JASPER, and help launch our new YouTube Shorts channel. We're looking for someone who studies what great luxury brands do, tests it, and comes back with results.
We are seeking a high-level Superintendent who is more than a project manager in the field. We are looking for a leader, mentor, problem solver, communicator, and steady presence capable of leading luxury residential projects with excellence, confidence, and professionalism.
The Project Manager role for our esteemed construction company entails dynamic leadership in planning, executing, and delivering construction projects of diverse scales. Responsible for managing teams, budgets, timelines, and resources, the Project Manager will ensure seamless coordination, effective communication, and adherence to quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. The Superintendent position within our construction company requires a seasoned professional to oversee and orchestrate on-site operations with precision. This role involves directing and coordinating construction activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. The Superintendent will leverage their extensive expertise to maintain efficient schedules, uphold quality standards, and resolve on-site challenges promptly, contributing indispensably to the successful execution of projects and the company's reputation for delivering exceptional construction results.
FIELD STAFF
The Field Staff position within our construction company is a vital role dedicated to providing essential on-site support and assistance. This position involves collaborating closely with the Superintendent and project teams to execute various construction tasks, such as material handling, equipment operation, site preparation, and general labor. The Field Staff will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and productive work environment, ensuring that project milestones are met efficiently, and contributing to the overall success of our construction endeavors.
